This is a pretty embarrassing post, but I’m trying to remedy the fact that I don’t do nearly enough (personal) art outside of work. I was also too lazy to use any reference, so she doesn’t look so great…Next time I won’t be so lazy
This game was announced a while ago, but now there’s an HD trailer out
Finally a reason to dust my Wii off. I really haven’t played with the Wii in quite some time, mainly because there hasn’t really been anything all that great coming out, but Oboro Muramasa Youtouden looks absolutely amazing!
Last week I got my pre-order for Trusty Bell (or Eternal Sonata as it’s known here….I prefer the original title). It came with a nifty face plate:
I got the Chopin faceplate (2nd from the left), though I would’ve preferred one of the other ones. They all look great though, so I can’t complain
Anyway, now that I have proper equipment to actually play console games again, the game looks absolutely fantastic. Unfortunately, I have one of the earlier, non-HDMI ready 360, so the highest I can view this on my LG 246WP is 1080i I’d love to work on a game like this some day.
The lunar festival is just about over (ends on the 25th), but I felt like posting a picture of one of the celebration’s most famous foods: the Moon Cake!
I came home to a rather disturbing sight yesterday…
I kind of freaked out because it was a very Silent Hill-ish moment. The picture didn’t turn out so great, but it looked rust was creeping over my window…and then I remembered that they were painting my apartment building today! Silly me.
Yesterday we got these neato Guild Wars branded Razer Death Adder mice. The scroll wheel is always glowing, and the Guild Wars text pulsates It even has a gold plated USB plug! Fancy!
My brother and I went out to Snoqualmie and Mount Rainier this weekend. There’s some breathtaking scenery out here in Washington…I just wish I was better at taking pictures I took a ton of photographs, but most of it really isn’t worth looking at.
On the way to Rainier, we stopped by Lake Alder. It’s a pretty place to just hang out, have lunch, and maybe go for a swim.
We barely scratched the surface of Mount Rainier. There’s still so much more to see, trails to hike, and pictures to take It’s definitely worth going to a multiple times.
